Terms of Service

1. The service

Joinus.team provides an autonomous AI recruiter that performs recruiting work — sourcing, screening, messaging, scheduling, and advancing candidates — subject to your approval policies.

2. You stay in control

The agent proposes actions; your configured approval policies decide what runs automatically and what waits for a human. You can pause the agent at any time. Certain actions (account security, payments, granting third parties data access) always require a human and can never be automated.

You are responsible for the approval policies you set and the autonomy you grant.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the product lawfully and not to use it for discriminatory hiring practices. The product includes compliance guardrails, but you remain responsible for your hiring decisions.

4. Fees

Fees are charged per the plan you select — a per-role subscription, a per-hire success fee, or an enterprise agreement. Fees, billing cadence, and any usage limits are set out in your order or plan.

5. Customer data & ownership

You own your data. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy Policy and data-processing terms, and do not use it to train models across customers.

6. Third-party connections

When you connect an inbox, calendar, or messaging/app account, you authorise the agent to act through it within the scope you grant. You can revoke any connection at any time.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the product and these terms; material changes will be notified in advance.

8. Liability

The product assists with hiring; it is not a substitute for your judgement and final decisions. Liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.
